We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at dejwit.tv@gmail.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Because products are sometimes made to order, in some cases, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.Â

Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Some of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.Â
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.Â
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Because products are often made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. In some cases, orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.Â
But when the product is not customized & made to order, you have the right to send it back (at your expense) and get your money for the product.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.Â
Locked Messages / Digital Products Refund Policy
Locked messages / Digital products are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message / digital product. If you have issues accessing the locked message / digital product after payment, please contact us at dejwit.tv@gmail.com. We’ll be very happy to solve the problem and find a resolution for you! Our main goal is to make you happy and satisfied!Â
"DDTRUMPET Master T-Shirt" Refund Policy
If you have received the product of our store called "DDTRUMPET Master T-Shirt" but you are unsatisfied with the size of the item, we would be happy to change it for you, provided we have the inventory. You are responsible only for the cost of shipping.
If you are unsatisfied with the whole item, the item can be returned in 14 days and we’ll send you your money back (only item’s cost). You are responsible only for the cost of shipping.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.Â
International Orders
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

Shipping Policy
TAXES/IMPORT DUTIES INFO
Import duty is a tax collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. A good's value will usually dictate the import duty.
While the cost of shipment for your package is included in your order total, you may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your destination country. Kindly note, we are not able to cover additional costs in order for you to receive your package once it arrives at customs.
We do everything on our end to declare customs (value, items, weight, material) to ensure that there is no added customs charge when your order arrives to your country. Most of our packages ship without any additional fees or charges, but each country has a unique customs process and occasionally random packages will be pulled for inspection. We cannot control if your order gets pulled and there are additional fees during the customs process in your country. We do our due diligence on our end to prevent this from happening, but unfortunately we are not in control of each order and it is up to your country's postal service how your order is handled. We recommend speaking with your local post office if you have any specific questions regarding your country's customs process.
